}Volume Delete
Delete the volume. There is no undo.
For a managed volume that is the material. For an external one it is only
the registration: delete_volume deletes under the platform’s own prefix,
which for an external volume holds meta.json and nothing else. The
customer’s bytes are not the platform’s to remove, and the count returned
says so — one object, not thousands.
